Unfortunately, no. All classes on the schedule are tentative only, whereby class confirmation is subjected to the class achieving a minimum no. of 6 pax, as well as the availability of training resources. Class confirmation would be issued 2 weeks before the course commencement date.
We regret to inform you that payment via credit card is not available. PO issuance would be ideal. Payment via cheque or bank transfer is also available.
Yes, lunch as well as tea breaks (morning and afternoon) would be provided for trainings conducted in Yokogawa Malaysia training centre. If you have a specific food preference (e.g. vegetarian), please specify it under the ‘Other specifics’ column when you register for the course.
Yes, we could shift your registration to your next desired date. However, take note that this has to be done before the class is confirmed (at least 2 weeks prior to course commencement)
Course fees will be fully refunded if cancellation notice in writing is received at least 14 days prior to course commencement, 50% refund for less than 14 days and no refund for no-show. Alternately, we also welcome substitutes.
